“Help as many people, help as many people as possible with Kyusho in all aspects of life: self protection, longevity, nutrition, health and wellness”

Daniel Flash, Kyusho Asia head Instructor

Kyusho is practical knowledge that can be applied in various martial arts styles and self-defense situations. By striking specific points on the body, It can cause pain, incapacitate, gain the upper hand in a fight or even knock out an opponent.  However, it is important to remember that these techniques should only be used in self-defense and with caution.

The human body has many pressure points, or weak spots, which can be targeted to produce various effects. Pressure points can be found on nerve endings, blood vessels, and other vital areas of the body. Striking these points can cause pain, numbness, or even paralysis, depending on the force and location of the strike.

Beyond its martial arts application, Kyusho also offers a range of health and wellness benefits. By applying pressure to certain points on the body, one can alleviate headaches, reduce tension, and promote relaxation. These techniques can be easily incorporated into a regular fitness or martial arts routine and can benefit individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

Kyusho is not just a set of physical techniques, but also covers holistic approaches to health and wellbeing. Through self-healing techniques and stress management, Kyusho offers a way to enhance one’s overall physical and mental health. By exploring the various applications of Kyusho, individuals can discover new ways to improve their wellbeing and lead a more balanced life.

Kyusho is a powerful knowledge that can be used to protect yourself, as well as to promote health and wellness. By understanding the principles and techniques of Kyusho, individuals can improve their physical and mental strength, and lead a more empowered life.
